60-Minute Yoga Classes $10/ea

45-Minute Yoga Classes $8/ea

Back-to-Back Classes $15/both

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Heather Salerno E-RYT-200

Heather Salerno is a 200-Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, and 200+ hours completed through YogaFit. She has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and even more experience teaching various styles of dance and fitness. In addition to her yoga training, Heather is accredited through the National Teachers Association for Country Western Dance through Level III. In her dance classes, she stresses safety, proper alignment and technique, and fun! In her yoga classes, Heather stresses a balance between strength and flexibility, building endurance, and developing self-awareness through precise movement, posture, breath, and visualization. She shares her knowledge with poise and grace as she blends challenging sequences with soothing serenity in each session.

You Should Know: Yoga Classes are generally small (varies from 3 to 8 people) which makes the classes personable and allows for individual modifications as needed. You work at the level that's right for you as modifications are provided to make your experience more or less intense as you desire.

YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FUNCTIONAL VINYASA YOGA ($10/ea)

Mondays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

This 60-minute class combines traditional yoga poses and vinyasa flow with exercises to help rememdy common muscle imbalnces -- stretching the musles that tend to be tight or overactive and strengthening the muscles that tend to be weak or underactive. The yoga postures and exercises are blended with a calming atmosphere to balance and unite mind, body, and spirit. All levels welcome, but some experience is helpful. MONDAY classes may be less intense, and WEDNSDAY classes may be more intense.

YOGA BASICS FOR BEGINNERS & BEYOND ($10/ea)

Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Come as you are; no experience necessary! This 60-minute class is for beginners and anyone wanting to return to the basics for a deeper foundational knowledge. Develop an understanding of basic yoga poses and their benefits, explore breathing techniques, and practice mindful relaxation.

YOGA TO RELAX & UNWIND ($8/ea)

Mondays 6:45-7:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 6:45-7:30 p.m.

This 45-minute evening practice is a gentle yoga class designed to create a calming experience for both beginners and seasones practictioners. Wind down with a calming evening sequence that stretches all the major muscles and quiets the mind. This practice can provide a peaceful end to a busy day.

POWER YOGA ($8/ea)

Saturdays 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Want to move and sweat? Do you like having the option to practice arm balances and inversions? Then this class is for you! This 45-minute class is designed for more experienced yogis; guiding you through vigorous yoga sequenses and powerful postures that boost your energy, condition the whole body, and bring peace of mind.
